Accessories are furnished Galvanized in 10 foot long stock lengths. Standard gauge of accessories is 20ga. U.N.O. and are available in gauges from 20ga-10ga depending on design.
Pour Stop
Pour Stop is a formed steel angle used with metal floor deck. The angle creates a stopping point for a poured concrete slab. Pour Stop is typically used around the perimeter of the floor and any interior openings.
Cell Closure / End Closure
Cell Closure, also called end closure is fastened to the end of metal deck flutes. Cell closure prevents wet concrete from flowing inside the end flutes down to the area underneath the decking.
Z Closure
Zee Closures are fastened to the open ends of sides and ribs for a tight-fitting metal deck closure and support.
Ridge & Valley Plate
Ridge or Valley Plates are designed to support roofing maerial at hip or valley conditions. They act as a smooth transition over two separate roof surfaces that protect the edes of the two meeting deck sheets.
Flat Plate / Column Closure
Flat Plates are used to close off the area around a column before concrete is poured. Flat plates are also known as screed angle or bent plate.
Girder Filler
Girder fillers are designed to close the gap between the weak end of the metal deck and the adjacent beam to prevent concrete from pouring through the gap.
Side Closure / Channel Closure
Side Closures are used to close of the open flutes of metal decking if you have to rip a sheet at a diagonal.
Sump Pan
Sump pans are used with roof drainage systems. The sheet metal sump pan is a roof deck accessory that is designed to carry the load of the deck it replaces.
